These terms govern your use of the uavthermal.com website (the “Site”), operated by UAVThermal (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating, purchasing and integrating UAV imaging products. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to extract content at scale without permission.

Product information and specifications

Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures and detection distances published on the Site are provided for evaluation and comparison. They reflect controlled test conditions and may change as products are improved; real-world performance depends on environment, platform and configuration.

Content on the Site does not constitute a binding offer. Specifications applicable to a purchase are those confirmed in the corresponding quotation or sales contract.

Quotations and orders

Prices shown on the Site, including “starting price” figures, are indicative and may vary with configuration, quantity, delivery destination and applicable taxes or duties. Quotations we issue are valid for the period stated on them.

Orders, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are governed by the sales agreement concluded for each transaction, which prevails over these terms for that transaction.

Export control and lawful use

Thermal imaging and UAV payload products may be subject to export control regulations in the country of origin, transit and destination. You are responsible for complying with all applicable export, import and re-export laws and for obtaining any required licences.

You agree to use the products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable aviation and privacy regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate. We may decline enquiries or orders where end use raises legal or compliance concerns.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, product documentation and 3D models, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may download published datasheets and manuals for evaluation and operational use; any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including our partner store. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the warranties agreed in a concluded sales contract.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges

UAVThermal supplies configured and often build-to-order gimbal cameras and UAV payloads for professional and integration use. Unless a written sales agreement for a specific transaction states otherwise, orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped. Units confirmed to be defective on arrival are handled under the product warranty and the sales agreement concluded for that transaction, which prevails over this section.
