Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
UAVThermal (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the uavthermal.com website (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or send us an enquiry, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
We collect the minimum information needed to answer your enquiries and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
Information we collect
Enquiry information. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company, country, phone or messaging contact, and a description of your project and requirements.
Usage information. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring pages. We use Google Analytics and WordPress.com (Jetpack) statistics to understand aggregate Site usage.
Communication records. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we keep the correspondence so we can follow up on your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, prepare quotations, provide technical and integration support, and fulfil any resulting orders. We use aggregate usage data to improve Site content and performance.
If you subscribe to product updates, we use your email address to send them; every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a small number of cookies for core functionality and analytics. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Jetpack) help us understand which pages are useful; they do not identify you personally to us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The Site remains fully usable with analytics cookies disabled.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share enquiry details only where needed to serve you: with our manufacturing and fulfilment partner when preparing a quotation or delivering an order, and with service providers that host the Site and process forms and email on our behalf.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, and only to the extent required.
Data retention and security
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to support your project and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to respond to you.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the quote form or the contact channels in the Site footer, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or applicable law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
